Ilario goes crazy over dried pheasant wings a friend sent when the puppies were little (to test their interest). The puppies were indeed interested, but Ilario gets so obsessed I have to take the wings away and hide them in a sealed container in the hall closet. Clara is the catnip freak here. She wasn't eating it until I kept pinching the stuff I had poured into the dish, then she had her New Year's Day high as she kept ate it and started rolling over with her eyes glazed. What a difference a few pinches made--and it is good for loosening stools, I think, at least that is what I read. Additionally, I would like to say, Ilario, Sophie (my cat) now eats her catnip because I scrunch it up after I pour it from the container to release the odor.

She wasn’t eating it until I kept pinching the stuff I had poured into the dish, then she had her New Year’s Day high as she kept ate it and started rolling over with her eyes glazed.

What a difference a few pinches made—and it is good for loosening stools, I think, at least that is what I read.

I bet it is. No snow there? Why not. We and a whole lot of people around the country had a white Christmas and are having a white New Year. Ilario gets to roam green grass and feast on it whenever he wants. My cats have to eat grass from a flower pot. Not fair, I say! Is that intelligent, curious, and handsome Ilario? I bet it is.
