		<description>We just take the easy route and give ours raw turkey wings.  And the neck.  And if we grill the bird, the back too (we &lt;a href=&quot;http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spatchcock&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;spatchcock&lt;/a&gt; the bird so it cooks faster).  They&#039;d love to have them too, but we save the giblets for gravy.</description>
