I think some of the males of our species might see it as intimidating rather than dirty.

The first time I said it in front of husband - he ever so slightly crossed his legs.

Spatchcocking - no, I haven’t heard that before either. Wonder where the practice came from? Wonder what the origin of the word is? Hmmm…..

We just take the easy route and give ours raw turkey wings. And the neck. And if we grill the bird, the back too (we spatchcock the bird so it cooks faster). They'd love to have them too, but we save the giblets for gravy.
