I lost my stepmom to cancer. It was devastating.

Ah, so so sorry Christie.
Sundown yesterday marked the commencement of the Jewish high holidays, I will certain to add your mom to my prayers this week.
And also all those, human or not, who are in need of healing.
Hopefully this new year brings the peace, renewal and healing that many of us are in need of.
