Enjoy the day … and remember those who can’t

We’re taking the day off from blogging. Take a few moments today to think about those who are not with us anymore, and especially to thank those who gave everything for us all.
All gave some…some gave all…
My beloved late uncle was fortunately in the first group…but because of the latter—he was never able to talk about his time overseas…but we could see the pride, as well as sadness, in him that never left…
and remember that this is still the case
All are giving some…some have given all…

My father is a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star recipient.
On behalf of him, and the others who gave even more I thank you for reminding us all of us again the importance of saying Thank You.
Its all some of these soldiers will ever get.
