For about the last six months he just is lethargic, sad, and won't eat. I have had him to my local vet three times will all kinds of tests and nothing has been found. They gave him Prednisone 10 mg daily and he was eating, but still acting strange for him (this is a dog who loves to eat). After about three months 10 mg was not enough and now he is taking 20 mg.
