Nothing federal to protect horses, jockeys, workers or even investors in ownership schemes. Or, for that matter gamblers, who often don't have all the pertinent information when they're laying their money down. Maybe you don't feel sorry for gamblers, but I don't care. Transparency is transparency, and it needs to be part of this industry. Along with a ban on all the drugs that are not allowed in any other racing country except the United States.
