RFC is for the good of the dogs! Ingrid Newkirk and her minions want to completely sever any human animal and non human animal bond, from food source to couch companion! Anything that helps better the lives of any animal, especially significantly changing canine rabies vaccination protocols would be looked on as abhorrent to their cause. Dr.Dodd, Dr. Schultz, Kris Christine and the rest of RCF are my heroes. While the results won't change things for my dogs, they will for the future, that is if Ingrid and her loathing for non human animals isn't brought under control!
