Robb Report takes a pitbull for a ride

This just in: The Robb Report has released its 20th annual list “Best of the Best” list of everything that is luxurious in this world.
And while this group of luxury automobiles, yachts, jewelry, hotels, wines and fashion is totally unpractical from an average person’s point of view, it’s still a nice fantasy to see how the other 1 percent of the world lives.
A quick scan of the list reveals one potential DogCar that made the grade: The Lexus LX 570 sport utility vehicle has yet to be tested by our DogCars.com reviewers, but it certainly has the makings of a decent DogCar — for a starting price of $74,700.
But the exclusive Robb Report list contains another canine-related reference that caught our eye. In the Motorcycles category, the Report lists the Big Dog Pitbull as the “Best Cruiser” among the luxury cycles. A visit to the Big Dog website finds a host of motorcycle models with dog names, including the Mastiff, Mutt, Ridgeback and K-9.
That’s as far as the dog references go with these “Big Dog” cycles.
