		<description>If cars can be made with fold down carseats for small children, why can&#039;t they come with fold down petseats complete with restraint systems.  It is so hard to put the dog seat in and out every time you need to carry the dog or don&#039;t need to carry the dog.  It would be nice to fold down the seat, hook the dog to the restraint, and go.
Anybody up for the idea?</description>
