The seats are called "magic seats" and fold into the floor. Easy enough to fit a large crate, 30lb Dog food, 15lb cat food, and 30lb pine litter pellets! With room for more! I love it! They did have the tC on the list. I test drove the xB and really enjoyed the drive. I had the pleasure of driving the manual transmission and it drove much more like a car then an SUV or mini van.
