My V70 wagon, safely holds at least 4 dogs, restrained by harnesses or crates and has comfortable room for 2 additional people as well as getting 29mpg on the open road. Much better than most SUV's If you see wgn4dgs on the open road, give a wave, the canine passengers might "wave" back. I have long been saying Volvo’s are the best dog cars.
