That guy in Florida is sick, but the law that Animal Control is trying to pass is even more disgusting. They want breeders to give up the names and addresses of their clients?

BIG BROTHER. Gestapo tactics at their best. The government has no business demanding such information and it’s clear from the story that if Animal Control doesn’t have enough tools already at their disposal to put that guy out of business, a big brother law isn’t going to help them, it’s jut an excuse to try and get BS legislation passed under the guise of some sounds-good cause (think Patriot Act) but which does nothing to solve the actual problem at hand.

Out of my back yard, Uncle Sam, out of my back yard.

I cannot believe that about Pet Cemeteries. I had a funeral for my other poodle who lived 17 years and did on 9/15/2001. It cost me around 800.00 for the plot and the casket at Seabreeze Cemetery in Huntington Beach, California. I will checking in to this because I think that is awful to do to our pets that have crossed over!

I see neither of them as a sighthound!!!! As a sighthound lover and a Democrat, this makes things a bit problematic. First woman, first black? 6 of one, a half dozen of another. Given the realities of Washington, I don't expect miracles as to how things are run or any significant changes in spite of the rhetoric. I would like to see an increase in both the FDA and USDA in regards to food safety, perhaps even the creation of a new governmental agency overseeing food imports, but if said agency turns out to be the abomination of FEMA or Homeland Security, forget it.
So I don't hold out for miracles. just don't vote for Mitt. Anyone who puts their dog in a crate on top of their station wagon for a drive from MA to Ontario ( 12 hrs) in which the dog has stress diarrhea, and hoses down the dog, the crate, the car and keeps driving is not someone I think is qualified to deal with emergencies.
    Doubt me? http://tinyurl.com/2dco5b

Oooh, that's quite a compliment to Ms. Hillary to say she is a standard Poodle. I'm not sure I agree. Well, comparing any political "personality" to a dog is a stretch at best, because dogs are ALWAYS honest.

nope- I see Hillary as a terrier myself and Obama as a Pointer. Danes are too laid back, and doodles can be nutty and not so clever. I see her more as a standard poodle than a doodle.
