Book news: My pets aren’t impressed

If my back didn’t hurt and the muscle relaxers would allow me to string together three related thoughts, I’d be having a very nice week.
First, the new books get featured in Publishers Weekly. Then, a box arrives today with the just off the presses U.K. versions (new covers, funny spelling) of last fall’s books. (Orion is the U.K. publisher, and they did a very nice job translating our books into English.)
As you can see, however, Clara is much more impressed with the box than the books. It’s just the right size!
Oh gods of back spasms, let me go …
