Our Dr. Marty Becker will be doing his regular feature on “Good Morning America” Wednesday morning. The topic is a timely one: How can your pets be more ‘green’? And no, it won’t involve dye!
He’ll be offering tips and suggesting products that will help you care for your pet without as big an impact on the environment.

Bloomberg just announced that Tyson will start selling some chicken w/o antibiotics beginning in August…Re-fitting machines now….Yeah !!!

what timeframe is he generally on?

I think he’s on once a month, more often when they have something they want him to cover.

oh, sorry! I don’t know for sure, but they usually save him for the very end, to hold viewers. :)

Has anyone read anything on Hartz Flea and Tick products causing both sickness and death in pets?
I just came across this site - http://www.hartzvictims.org/ - where people are commenting on problems they’ve had. This is so not good!

The more I read on this website the more I realize the problems with Hartz product has been ongoing for many years…sorry, I thought it was new news. Well, it is to me but probably not to you all.

I spoke to my friend at the Humane Society about Hartz. She said at one time they had a cat product that was a danger to cats but they’ve taken it off the market and replaced it with one that is entirely safe. Their dog products are safe, too. All the flea & tick products can have adverse reactions on ocassion - even the vet-recommended ones, like Frontline & Advantage, you just don’t hear about them.
