Recalls are part of business and they're banking on it blowing over. You also have to remember that there are millions of people still purchasing pet food, so when they look at their ledgers it tells them they don't need to change. They use Menu for a limited amount of products because Menu has the capability to manufacture just about anything. A good example of this is companies who used them for pouch dog food - their own plants couldn't support it. And it is more cost effective for them to contract it out than to install that capability.
