Melamine fried chicken... Cyanuric acid roast pork. Solving the Social Security budget problem one senior at a time.

FDA says melamine feed chickens don't pose any risk to humans. Perhaps it's wishful thinking.

Neoplastic and preneoplastic lesions induced by melamine in rat urothelium are modulated by dietary polyunsaturated fatty acids.

No doubt! I think my vet things i'm being hysterical. They just have that uncanny way of looking at you that tells you, "Lady, you're being ridiculous." Not to mention family members think I'm cuckoo and paranoid. I say, "Whatever" because so far all the information I've sent them was before it was even publicly released. I have stopped emailing them with updates. I told them not to be surprised if it ended up in the human food source. But I'M the crazy one....LOL. Go figure!

Tammy
Icouldn't find them either. Phil from England said they would be in grams instead of ounces. There are a few in grams, so maybe they might be the EU products that don't say specifically Canada.
It would be nice if they were more clear about the products on the lists.
But, hey, that's been the problem all along.
Of course, we're the ones who are confused and hysterical!!! 8)

I guess the last 10 years in the retail industry.... I was scammed to run ads because of vendors trying to off-load product before the FDA or another agency made announcements or a recall was made.

I guess retailers are only lowering prices to offload contaminated product (which somehow they knew of weeks in advance). Instead of trying to win customers with new promotions or trying new pricing strategies. Or trying new loss leader items.

I can't find the names of the 2 products recalled in Europe. I am more worried than ever now. We were going to the local pet store to get help on finding a safe food for our cat to eat. She's been eating Whiskas and the vet said that it is the worst cat food on the market......pure junk. She's so picky too. I'm so afraid to feed her anything made in the U.S. now. She is being treated for a lung infection right now and I sure don't want to feed her poison with her immune system being down. If anyone finds out what the 2 brands are in the EU please please please post it.

Tidsy
You can believe whatever you desire, but before you refer to me as Alarmist or Conspiracy crap I suggest you look into this more deeply.
In my life which is quite long no one has ever referred to me as being other than calm, cool, collected and NEVER EVER panicky about anything.
You can state your own opinions but do not refer to me personally anymore. 8)

Kathi, 100% disagree with you!!! In a perfect conspiracy world, companies would have everything on sale just before a recall.
