He stayed the night in an animal hospital and they couldnt do anything for him. His name was Karma he was the sweetest pet Ive ever had and he should have had a long life. Instead his life was violently cut short due to a toxic can of cat food. Karma was strictly an indoor cat and 100% healthy.He was spoiled and showered with love. he was also great with babies. I just had my first and only child feb of 2008 and he was so good with her. I am very upset about this. Its never easy losing a pet. it was one of the hardest things ive ever had to watch. if anyone has ever seen someone they love or their pet have a seizure. imagine having them every couple of minutes.the vet gave me hope he might make it but I couldnt allow him to suffer anymore and i put him down this past saturday. he was part of the family and forever be missed. I am searching for another siamese kitten. If anyone is selling or knows of a breeader please contact me.I am hoping it will bring some joy back into my life. Since this tragidy ive completely switched over to all natural/organic foods for me and my other cat.thankfully my other cat is still alive because she didnt have any of the fancy feast.I only pray that this doest happen to anyone else. My cat would have been 7 next month and I miss him so much. My cat had all the symptoms of the other cats that passed away, but my only concern is that he had kidney stones as well. My vet said the food recall was probably not the reason for his passing, but he just deteriorated within days. Did anyone else's cat have kidney stones? I'm wondering if the substance in the food could have created these?? Please send me an e-mail if anyone's cat had all the symptoms and kidney stones as well. I had a three year old Himalayian and he was fed bottle water the best foods money can buy he was my only friend and he talked! And one day I came home and he just looked star eyed and would not look anywhere it was like he was frozen. I called the doctor and made an appointment and they said it was kidney failier and needed help immediatly and they said it would cost 1300 to start treating him and another 800 for other work and they said he still might not make it I was shock I couldn't belive in one day that my cat was gonna die. I didn't have that kind of money I was soooo sad:(. I didn;t know what to due I finally talked it over with my family and decided to put him down at an animal shelter as his bills were beyond me :( This cat was healthy happy talked when I got home played all day and now he gone. My prayers and sympathies go out to all of you God bless and take care. I trully hope this will be resolved and must be compensated because look at all the deaths that are within this time frame!
