I have tried TopCoat, but it is a real pain to get on and off and the warmer/waterproof version is FAR too stiff for my MinPins. See if you can find a company making a dog coat with smooth, lycra type lining, but full coverage and easy on and off. Believe it or not my MinPins go snow shoeing with me, but they get SO darn cold without good coverage!
