A couple came by to look, heard me calling the dog, a cocker, "Bonnie" and turns our she used to have a cocker named Bonnie, the family pet she'd loved. She knew she'd come home, she told her realtor, and they offered that same day. But I wouldn't count on that happening very often. We actually had a dog that sold a house for us.
