A couple came by to look, heard me calling the dog, a cocker, &quot;Bonnie&quot; and turns our she used to have a cocker named Bonnie, the family pet she&#039;d loved. She knew she&#039;d come home, she told her realtor, and they offered that same day.

But I wouldn&#039;t count on that happening very often.</description>
