Lying dogs on dogs

It’s not that often that dogs get wrapped up in politics — they’re far too smart and honest for that sort of thing. But in Pennsylvania, a negative campaign ad accuses a candidate of being a dog thief. The allegations are almost 30 years old … and untrue.
Apparently there’s no low when it comes to how low they’ll go. Here’s the story.
