For a couple years I’ve followed the goings-on at the Marshside Menagerie of an animal-lover and wildlife rehabilitator named Mary Ann. She has now put up a Web cam. Check it out! Here’s her image stream if there’s nothing on the Web cam. And if you want to donate to her rescue efforts, here’s how to do that.

By the way, she’s also an incredible photographer. Check out her night shots of the area around Savannah, Georgia.

Please note: She’ll be the first to tell you that raccoons are not pets. She is an experienced raiser of orphaned raccoons, and knows what she’s doing. Don’t try this at home!

  1. These are great links Gina - Thanks! I sent them to my mother who is a wildlife rescuer here in Australia - she mostly deals with possums and flying foxes and has raised a number of babies to be released back into the wild.
