Man bites dog — and gets arrested

Hmmmm. Where on earth did this moron get the idea that biting a dog is the way to house-train the animal?
Even more frightening than the fact that people like this have animals is the possibility that they have children.
Along the more traditional dog-bite-man lines: A town council has recommended that a family with a dog who has bitten two children doesn’t have to euthanized the animal as long as she’s moved to another town and placed in a home with no children.
Gee, I hope the folks in the next town are happy with that boneheaded decision.
