AARP The Magazine has pulled down the awful advice mentioned earlier about investing in a purebred because of the possibility of adding stud fee income to the benefits of companionship. It’s still in the print magazine, of course, but on the Web is a special note in mentioning the attention they received and suggesting that people use the Petfinder Web site to look for a pet.
